The comprehensive ranking analyzed seven key factors, including employment rates, salaries, and projected growth, to determine the most favorable states for tech professionals.

  • Highest Tech Employment Rate: D.C. boasts the highest concentration of tech workers nationwide, with a remarkable 7.06% of its workforce employed in the tech sector.
  • Top-Tier Salaries: Tech workers in D.C. enjoy some of the highest salaries in the country, with an average annual salary of $119,610.
